Q: CAN I DO ANYTHING TO A ANESTHESIA AFTER 4 YEARS.

HE LEFT NERVE BLOCK ON MY FOOT TOO LONG . STILL HAVE NO FEELING IN IT, CAN'T USE IT AT ALL. I RECEIVED MY RECORDS SATURDAY FROM YORK HOSPITAL & IT IS IN THERE. RIGHT LEG GOT INFECTED BAD. THEY HAD TOO TAKE ALL MUSCLE OUT OF LEG, THERE LOTS MORE.

A: Usually after 4 years the stature of limitations would have run. There is something called the discovery rule that is used when the injury cannot be discovered through reasonable inquiry. Did someone just advise you that the reason for your injury was because the surgeon left something in your leg. If you the discovery rule may apply to you situation. However, 4 years is a long time.
