I was passing through Mississippi after hurricane Katrina hit. I have since forgotten about them. I live in Texas. And it is the only thing preventing me from getting my license here. I'm also looking to get my CDL shortly there after. I just want to know if I can start a payment plan or get these tickets lifted so I can get on with my plans. Any advice would be helpful. Total of the tickets are 311 and some change. I'm not trying to avoid them.. I simply just forgot. 2005 is quite some time ago.
A: Were you ever found not guilty or guilty? If not guilty, then you might could get an attorney to expunge them from your record, so that they will not pop up on a background check.
