A: Probably a lot of money but to tell you exactly a lawyer would need to know exactly your injury (Complete Medical Diagnosis) and whether anyone other third party is responsible for your injury such as the ladder company because you were on a ladder and the ladder rung broke. I suggest you seek out a good lawyer to determine how much you may be able to get. However don't expect to become a multi millionaire if you only have a workers compensation claim. Lastly remember you cannot sit around on this claim you must file an action immediately to preserve your rights.
