Roanoke, AL asked in Divorce for Alabama

Q: How is it legal for someone to file a bill of complaint for divorce in Alabama and claim the spouse committed fraud to

Then the spouse and mother lie to investigators about the time frame that her son moved back to Georgia from Alabama, take out a total of 48 warrants for someones arrest(the person her son was married too) claiming charges to be "Fraudulent." Being held in jail for 21 days straight on a "criminal investigations hold", then presenting the bill of complaint to the investigator that was taking warrants out showing that he son and mother was lying about the time frame of him moving back to Georgia, and he still continued to take out multiple warrants after that. What could possibly be done for the fact of me losing my job, mental damages done to me and my son by them for all of the lies that have been told, and slandering my name?
