Eatontown, NJ asked in Workers' Compensation for New Jersey

Q: I have a NJ based LLC, do I as a employer have to have workmans comp for myself and also cover PT employees?

I just want to make this clearer. Do LLC Owners personally also need to be covered under Workmans Comp. or just their employees?

A: Yes in general all employers need to have workers comp insurance.
