Q: what are my options to hold an officer accountable for violating several of my rights during a routine traffic stop?

is there no accountability to hold the officer accountable should he pull you over for no reason, lie about what he pulled you over for, fabricate some sort of probable cause evidence to search my car without my consent, forces me to stop recording the stop with my phone, two diff officers tell me its illegal for me to record them during a traffic stop, the one officer then breaks my phone by slamming it ontop of my car, detaining me for unreasonable amount of time, then after the officer and two of his buddy's tore my car up searching it for 45 minutes and finding nothing, he still pulls me out from his car, spins me around and slaps cuffs on me and tells me with out question that im being arrested for paraphernalia. proceeds to search my car for another 20 minutes and finds nothing,then after inspecting the supposed paraphenelia for the 5th time, decides he is going to have to let me go but noy before giving me a citation recording my speed 10mph faster then it wa
