Q: if an outbuilding is behind your house and not listed on search warrant is it legal to search?
I have an outbuilding (actually2)directly behind my house that can’t be seen from roadway you have to be on private property or from aerial view to see it. Search Warrant had 3 buildings listed but I’m assuming it was the three that can be seen from roadway. Can it be searched and can I be charged with anything they found in it?
Also how do you know what time judge signs a search warrant if she only dates it,does it not matter?
A: If it is not described in the warrant, it cannot be searched using that warrant.
