The police won’t let me have a copy of the police report nor inform me of what it was. Would obtaining an attorney help me in obtaining this information? Also, would this be something I can fight myself or would I need a lawyer?

the drugs make you more under the influence but does not change the reading.
thus if you were a .15 you would be more under the influence that if you had not taken a rx drugs.
