You can "report" anything. Presumably you're asking, however, is such conduct illegal? It could be, as corruption of a minor.
The police will almost assuredly want your contact information, although you could tell them that you're uncomfortable giving it and extremely reluctant to testify. Maybe they'll agree only to take your information for paperwork purposes and not ever call you as a witness? No way to know that for certain -- but any time you pick up the phone to call the cops, the matter is out of your hands at that very moment.
