A: Unless she can prove that she was drugged at the bar (I suggest subpoenaing video which most bars keep) she is facing the full penalties of the charge which is up to 180 days in jail and $1000.00 fine. Tell your girlfriend to get herself a good lawyer who has an investigator.

A: It depends on the state's proofs, your gf's criminal history and the degree of the charge bc it could be disorderly persons offense or an indictable charge. If DP no record and proof are weak it may get dismissed. If indictable with horrible history and strong evidence then she may go to state prison.
