Q: Can I have white strobe lights mounted on my truck but not use them? Will I get a ticket for just having them mounted?
So if I mounted some white strobe lights on my truck grill, the door steps, in the rear, and some other places will I get a ticket for just having them mounted? I will not be using the lights on public roads. Just in my woods on my private property. I live in Glouster county New Jersey. Which is in the south part of New Jersey. So can I get a ticket while driving down a public road for just the white strobe lights mounted even though I am not using them?
A: You can probably get a ticket bc they just need probable cause to do that.
