Q: i live with my parents and are wanting to give my dogs away, i pay rent and provide for my dogs.

can she call the city to pick up my dogs or give them away without my permission? I have had my dogs living with me for more then 4 years now. what do i need to do to prevent her from doing this?

A: It sound like your best option is to find another place to live where you can enjoy the company of your dogs. Remember that it is your parents' home and it should be respected as anyone else's, i.e. do not let the dogs cause damage, etc.
