Q: Im on diversion program for a class D felony my diversion program review date is soon. What can get me sanction-revoked
I haven't began work yet and one fee isnt caught up monthly. But besides that i completed rehab and clean drug screens on probation and no new offenses.
A: As long as you have no new offenses and are compliant in all other respects, you should be fine but I would make some regular payment, even if minimal, towards the fee.
