Q: Sexual Child predator receives 8 year probation for one child and 7 years probation to run concurrent with the first

Then moves to Baton Rouge from Texas, registers and lives for a couple of years abiding by probation, then doesn’t check in and has moved, but still in BR. At some point he is

picked up in Baton Rouge for a warrant of Fugitive from justice.

How long will he spend in jail? Will

He then be sent back to Texas for possible retraction of probation, and sent to

Prison for rest of sentence? How often do the courts re-tract probation and send the molester to prison?

A: His probation could be revoked and he could be sent to the penitentiary, he could be continued on probation (with or without additional sanctions), or his probation could be terminated early.
