Q: Hello i have a question about a case where i feel i was entraped by a confidential informant

It started when i was having car trouble a friend said he knew a guy who fiananced cars to anyone no credit etc he gave me his number i called he said yes he sent pictures of cars i sent a down payment he then starting telling the car was worth more so the lending bank would give us the car and 30,000$ so it was very appealing so he duoed me into believing him a week before he was suppose to deliver the veichle he called everyday saying how much he was helping me and that he needed help to obtain drugs im not a drug dealer so it made me nervous i knew a man who might be able to help he had my only money hostage so i felt i had to do it i live in dallas drove to san antonio to meet him and the man i knew not knowing how it was gonna pan out i never asked that man for help before long story short the man obtained what the informant needed and we bot got arrested for a conspiracy with intent to distribute i would have never helped if he didnt have my downpayment for a nonexistent car
