Q: My coworker rear-ended my car in our company's parking lot and it hurt my back. Can I get workers' comp benefits?

A: The short answer is - it depends. There are some situations when you are covered for WC benefits in a company parking lot. I would need to know if you were getting to or leaving work and exactly where in the parking lot the accident occurred.
