Q: My father had gaurdian ship of my children he passed away .Can i go pick up my son
My step father had custody through the court but he passed away two days later i go to check on my son and some guy i dont even know told me he has custody and to leave but i have seen no court papers or proof .how could i look this information up also check on a court date in the future
