Q: I am only considering ch 13 due to a second mortgage balloon payment due in early 2021 if I can't refinance
I have plenty of income. I intend to pay all creditors in full. Will this allow me to keep some income every month and go with a 5 year plan? For example, if I have $10000 in disposable monthly income and all debts/60 would be $4000/month. Mortgage and expenses cover another $3000 for a total of $7000. Can I stick with a 5 year plan or will they want every penny to pay off sooner?
