Q: I now have children 100% of time. who can help get child support changed?
Everyone lives in Florida. The child 18, the mother and myself. I remarried her and we are going thru another divorce.
The child has no communication with the mother since June 2018, and has lived fulltime (100%) with me since 2016. He will not emancipate until he is 21 because he is in college. NJ won't let me out without a court. Florida won't transfer case down her because child is over 18. I need help with Bergen County court system. looking for a inexpensive lawyer or paralegal to do some leg work at the courthouse.

Paralegals are not licensed to practice law in NJ, so you do not want to be an accomplice to aiding and abetting someone in the unauthorized practice of law. Using a bargain basement attorney on a complex case like this will really mess things up badily and they would not have the skills or experienced to help you.

However, if you do not retain counsel, and the opposing party does have counsel, you will could get slaughtered (figuratively speaking). Do not let geographic restrictions get in the way of retaining the best attorney. Pick the best attorney you can find and remember one rule: a good attorney is generally never cheap, and a cheap attorney is generally never good so don't choose based on price.
