I also get 200.00 a month for a pension payment, my husband has not gotten his pension yet. Our house has a 1st and 2nd mortgage, there is very little equity built up. I would like to stay in the house, I know that I will be entitled to half of his pension can I ask for the half to be in equal monthly payments over several years? Thank You
