A: the adjuster is full of something. Contact a member of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Assn for the county where it happened. They give free consults.

You have a claim for the medical bills in most states, as well as your injuries and any lost time from work.

Your injuries are evaluated based on what you tell the doctors--if you hurt in 4 places and only mention 2, well those 2 are the only ones in the medical record. Get the free consult now.

A: You could consult with a personal injury attorney in Oklahoma if you are not already represented by one. Soft tissue injuries may not be as readily apparent as bone fractures, but that does not mean they should be treated dismissively. If you are still feeling pain, you should bring this to the attention of your treating physicians, for it could be something that deserves further examination. Good luck in your recovery.
