Q: Does the 21 days stated in 5003-a include holidays or no?
I received a letter from the insurance company whom in which is paying the settlement stating that they sent the payment to my lawyer on the 21st of December. Which I believe my lawyer should have received by now, however he hasn't contacted me yet. Could this be because of the holidays or could he just be busy or waiting to pay for fees such as out of pocket expenses, etc?
