Q: How can I stop my ex-wife from changing the marriage-settlement agreement to allow my children to leave the state?
My ex-wife has not seen her children since she left the state to South Carolina, she does not pay child support and does not abide to the 50/50 rule. she saw them in February almost two years ago.
A: The settlement agreement can only be changed by going back to court.
