Q: My son received a duid in Oklahoma, the da has filed a delinquent petition with the juvenile court. He is still in my

Home. Petition says that the court has jurisdiction over above named juvenile pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act? Then states, premises considered, petitioner request hearing and that after such hearing he be adjudged a delinquent child and that disposition be made as provided by law, including an order for the payment of funds by the parent or guardian for the care and maintenance for the child and it her proper relief designed to prevent the child from committing further delinquent or criminal acts. Now what does that mean? His charge is a misdemeanor.
