Q: my husband was inured in a involuntary psychiatric hold, no one will tell me what happened and won't give records

he received 3 staples in his head and we were not notified and he cant remember what happened, do we have a case?

A: He needs to sign the request for records. Ask for them to be on a CD--"electronic records." It's waaaay cheaper than records by paper, under the ACA.

Contact a member of the Ga Trial Lawyers Assn who handles hospital negligence cases--they give free consults. Do that ASAP.
