Q: Regarding opioid addiction & crimes in new jersey Jersey
My 43year old son got 8 years in new jersey due to he robbed a cvs for pills. He used a toy gun. Is he eligi le for drug court? He lives in N.J. & thats where he committed the crime. I live in California

were i you i would ask that of the lawyer that represented him in NJ.
s/he would know what the sentence was......was it to robbery or a drug charge?
