Q: Enforcing a Judges 1 year no contact No stalking order

I have a no contact/no stalking order against my husband's ex wife.( Who is well known at the court house and police department for trouble) Schools work and Facebook was included. She has violated my order at least 5 times. Ive went to the police station and filed report's. Shes even on camera at a local store standing behind my minor daughter trying to intimidate her. Emails to my husband (hes in order as well) making vague threats about me and once in awhile she'll add their child into it to make it seem like its about visitation but it's mostly calling me names and what not. Nothing has been done. Except states attorney telling me hed call her and ask her to stop. In the meantime we gained custody of their minor child due to neglect and abuse. (She is a known drug user but nothing gets done there either)☹ What do i do? Enough is enough

A: If the police and the state's attorney aren't helping, you're going to have to hire a lawyer to help you.
