Q: Hello, I am going thru a divorce. Bought a house 2gether. Final stage. Am I entitled to half of house ?
He ilegally kicked me and kids out of the house. We are to the final decree. He wants the house without paying me for my half. Am I entitled to half the house? He lied under oath. He tried to kill me in 2013. I have no income. He also took a lien out on my truck. He wants me to be responsible for that. I can't get the title to my truck. I really need help please. I just want this nightmare over, but I don't want to get shafted. Your advice is much appreciated.
