Q: House my family lives in is legally my grandpa's house, he has let us live here for 1 yr. Is he allowed to take our dog?
My family has 4 cats and 2 dogs, we can afford them and they are of no harm to us. My grandfather, who legally owns the house but lets us live in it, says he is going to come and take our newest dog to the pound. He does not live in this house with us. Is he allowed to come and take our dog, or does our established residency mean he cannot?
