Q: I went to court in November 15 of 2018 for driving while suspended in Cherry Hill NJ I got the slap program for ten day

I got pulled over again today for the sane thing in the same county what will happen to me when I go to court I believe this is my 5th offense but these two are in the same county

A: Each time you get pulled over for driving while suspended the judge will get tougher and tougher so what can you expect probably jail without slap.

A: Depends on court on prosecutor on Judge and who your attorney is. You should find someone local to that court who has a good relationships.
