Madison, NJ asked in Traffic Tickets for New Jersey

Q: How likely would it be for me to fight 39:4-135 and win if the ticket was issued on a private road?

This ticket was issued outside of my apartment on a road that is clearly marked with a sign about a 100 feet from my car saying "PRIVATE ROAD NO THRU TRAFFIC". I believe I am being charged with parking with my car facing oncoming traffic (left side of the road)

A: Unless it's "your" private property I don't see a defense for you.

A: Without a good lawyer your chances are very low you have no presented a defense and even if you have a defense without a lawyer your chances of winning are slim.
