Santa Maria, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: i have charges pending since 2015(which i never was shown evidence or search warrant from that raid)raid was on homicide

im in tears right now cause im alone in this, the defendant is my ex fiance who has been serving life since 2006, in 2015 my moms house was raided(no search warrant was given to her, they found nothing i went to sub station few hours later i was question, i agreed to record a conversation between me and ex asking about indecent which he clearly says he didnt do it) 3 month after that i get call from Detective saying DA wasnt happy with recording and charging me. on "hearsay." its a mess, since 2015 ive been harassed by a dirty detective who i caught trying to friend me under a fake FB account, tried to lure me by having my ex fiance on the account.my attorney (who ive reported to CA state bar) never even argued or filed any forms in court(so i believed case was fake) DA always asked for continuance. finally i testified in 2018 before trail, i told DA her detective made me feel uncomfortable & she didnt care, said i can relocate after i testified & she lied and still charging me 3/2019
