Q: I strongly believe I was tracked through a telephone system set up in jail when my son was arrested I then was arrested
My public defender said I was going to stir up horretts nest but what of my four admendents I need lawyer to speak with please help I'm in small town jail or and deputy who arrested me are buddies town so small
A: If you’re referring to the existing phone system in most jails, all those calls are recorded. If they recorded you on that system, you’re probably out of luck bc tecording notices are posted everywhere. If you are referring to some other telephone system or recording, further information is necessary to determine whether or not you have a case.
