Q: Ticket for not dimming lights 200 feet out (Virginia)
Officer claimed I dimmed my headlights 100 feet out but not as the law required which is 200 feet (Virginia) The ticket states "Did not dim lights" can I fight this as lights behave in strange ways depending on the circumstances
A: You can go to court and plead not guilty. The judge will just make a decision one way or the other.
