Q: In Indiana, if a cut down straw was found with traces of a white substance (according to police officer report)
Was found by passenger side door, later determined to be a brown substance positive for heroin by lab results..what could the charges be? Could it be inadmissible because of the different color substances? Should the charge be a paraphernalia charge or a possession of heroin charge
