Q: will my fanice go to jail?

my fanice is on megans law and is being charger for Verify address or photographed as required. He had a warrent out the ploice had came to our house and said that they had a warrent we had asked what for and they had told us, and we showed proof that the address had been changed and everything so they had gotten the warrent dropped, now we have gotten court papers in the mail to go to this hearing in march before he has his hearing he needs to go to the jail and be finger printted. my question is, is he going to go to jail on the day of his hearing?

A: No idea -- but his probation agent would know. I suggest he contact that agent to discuss the intentions of the probation office.
