Q: If I was in a car wreck and wasn't put on the police report is there any way to fix that so I can make a claim

A: Yes. Contact the investigating officer and ask him to supplement his report. You can still make a claim but supplementation first is preferable.

A: Yes, contact the officer and discuss with the officer amending the report. This happens sometimes from oversight. However can be easily fixed.

A: They may not amend the report but that's not the end of it. If your driver or another person will say you were there that's one thing. Get a copy of the report --you may be there "witnesses report another person" --just not named.
