Q: I filed a chapter 13 while married but they were not on the filing. Would they be subject to half (10k) of my balance
We were married about a year and due to them not working I filed a chapter 13. I didn't include them as not to mess up their credit.. Now that we are divorcing they want me to pay half of their credit cards which I know I am responsible but I was wondering about half of my outstanding chapter 13 balance which is 20,730 would they be responsible for half if I wanted to include that?
