Q: I've been on probation for 18 months I have 2 months I got violated for not doing what my probation officer asks of me
My charges include domestic battery and aggravated assault I pleaded to misdemeanor charges and my conditions of release was to get a mental health evaluation and follow recommended treatment .she recommended to a place for domestic violence in witch i had to pay out for I stopped going and took my assement at a place where I got it done for free sense I had no money. At the time and they recommended anger management I have completed both. But she says I have to take the domestic battery classes even though I couldnt afford them and it wasnt specified in court upon release or court papers now she violated me for not doing so but I have done what my court papers said .(it was a brother and brother dispute) not a woman .. I pleaded out to probation even though I was innocent and he told the state attorney he lied about the assault and inflicted the wounds himself and that wasn't used in court ... ? What will happen Next ? I've spent 30 days in jail before taking plea deal
A: You will likely be violated and resentenced on the charges or you will be given a chance to complete the counseling as directed by the evaluation.
