Q: I have an unpaid speeding ticket and I’m worried I have a warrant or something. It was an honest mistake. What do I do?
I got a speeding ticket back in June and I had my mom send a check for me through the mail well my mom found the check underneath her car seat.. and I thought it had been paid the whole time and now I am so worried I have like a warrant out because of an unpaid fine. It was an honest mistake and I would never not pay it intentionally. What do I do now?
A: Check with the district court clerk in the county where you got the ticket. They can tell you the status of your case.
