Danville, KY asked in Divorce for Kentucky

Q: Can I request a new family judge?

Ex ordered 3X (Feb/Mar/May 2018) to pay medical bills & sports fees for son. I filed motion & went to court 3/1/19. He told judge he paid all the bills. I had proof he paid 1of 6 medical & no sports. She gave him a week to bring receipts back next Friday (3/8/19) Went today & had mediation. What a pointless crap show. He paid 4 medical bills yesterday & committed fraud while paying them. He claimed said he would pay within a week. I black out after severe anxiety attack, don't remember anything past hearing "no consequences if he didn't comply." I want another judge to review our case with a FAIR hearing, allowing my evidence too & EX held accountable. I want our JUDGE to stand by HER ORDERS & stop ignoring his INTENTIONAL non compliance. Yes I know I need an atty. But can an atty. do anything after the judge signed the mediation order today? I have no memory of me or judge signing order. After anxiety attack, memory went to clerk office then my car. I don't know anything said/done.

A: You cannot have a new Judge and you do need an attorney, especially if you are having anxiety attacks. Your attorney can advocate for you I’m different ways as well as bring legitimacy to your clams. It is very frustrating as a litigant with an attorney, much more so even if you are pro se.
