Q: if i fail a drug test in court can another observed 12 panel test be presented to judge to keep me out of jail?
I got sick during the wait time to be called so i went to rest room and the hospital is located beside the court house so i decided to go to the er. I felt very sick and i had someone go back and tell the judge where i was . he issued a fta and 30 days in jail. i went next day and got another drug screen an passed it. can that help me.
A: Probably. Get a note from the ER, the results from your test and ask the judge to set aside the fta and jail time.
