Danville, KY asked in Divorce for Kentucky

Q: Mediation was a joke. What are my options? (Mediator=*M* in the information section)

Judge sent us to mediation today. *M* separated us after 3 min. *M* told me if HE ignores new order, no consequences. No accountability for him lying to judge? Not being compliant? 3 orders (Feb/Mar/May 2018) for same issue today. Hearing this, my body starts shaking, untouched walker starts to shake, & ears fill w/roar. I suffer from anxiety/panic, phobia of driving/cars/leaving my home. Hour drive, alone, to downtown lunch chaos, I pulled over twice from anxiety. Anxiety level 8 going in to court. Didn't expect mediation. *M* said there wasn't a punishment for him intentionally ignoring orders. Level hit 1000. Last memory was saying "What you put on that order is useless then" & I black out. Can't remember if she read/said/did anything.Don't remember me or judge signing. Next memory I'm in clerk office downstairs telling *M* we never talked about truancy on motion. Next I'm in the car. Will an atty be able to do anything to help me? It's not about me. It's about our son.
