I went to get my restricted drivers license and there is an indefinite hold placed by PennDOT due to the outstanding ticket. If I simply go to the district magistrate and plead not guilty and receive a court date will the indefinite hold be lifted? I am trying to purchase a car and need the restricted license to finalize the purchase.
