Q: Had a fall went to hospital and couldn’t be treated cause of my weight

I fell at home went to hospital were I’m admitted and they can’t do any test where I’m in extreme pain in my back cause of my weight then I had a chest pain and they couldn’t due anything cause of my weight

A: Not sure they couldn't do anything. You certainly would not be the first person with weight issues. However if you can follow up with your family doctor.

I'm not sure what the question is. If it's can you sue the hospital, usually not unless you can show some definite harm came about because of it. Having some pain isn't the same as having an injury that you would not have as badly if they had taken care of you.
