A: That is likely because you received more than one citation. The officer mistakenly marked the tickets as no court appearance required. If you are unable to appear in court, contact an attorney that practices in the courthouse where your tickets are assigned. An attorney may be able to appear on your behalf.

A: It seems the Police Officer made a mistake and the Circuit Court Clerk is fixing the mistake by sending you a notice to appear. You must appear in court and it is advised that you hire an attorney to assist you whenever you have to appear in court.
