Phoenix, AZ asked in Criminal Law for Arizona

Q: If I get evicted from the lot but own the mobile home is it my right to move it?

I bought a mobile home. The landlords didnt want me to stay anymore so they quit giving me Bill's and took me to court and got me evicted. I own the mobile home but not the lot. Can I take the mobile home with me. I started the process but they called cops on me and I got arrested for trying to move it which caused damages. Isn't it my right to move it?

A: This is not really a criminal law question as much as it is a landlord-tenant issue. You should consul an experienced attorney that handles landlord-tenant disputes. Many of them will offer a free consultation and will discuss your case and possible issues and remedies to your situation. Best of luck to you.
