Q: No credit needed loan, can it be included in Chapter 7 As well as can I protect my only car?

I have a debt with Progressive Leasing, it's a no credit needed loan, can this be included in chapter 7? Also my car will be paid off in Oct 2019, it's worth about $2000, this is our only car and I need it to get to and from work as well as I am often sent to the other restaurant locations I work for to pick up product so I need a car as part of my employment. Can I protect my car in chapter 7?

A: If you are considering bankruptcy without first contacting a lawyer to advise you of all other non-bankruptcy options IMPO you are making a huge mistake.
