Q: My boyfriend was deported and then tryed to return again and was caught a few weeks ago if I marry him could he return?
He was deported back to Honduras with no limitation on his first deportation and now hes facing a second his court date is not tell next week i will not know the outcome of that but I am trying to figure out if I marry him will he be able to return.
