Huntsville, AL asked in Probate for Georgia

Q: I am the executor of my mother’s will. My sibling is giving me the run around on signing consent to probate.

My sibling lives in Europe. There was a pay on death account for my brother and I contacted the investment firm to ensure they contacted my brother to make payment. The firm contacted him and my brother collected the money. However, I am the beneficiary of her home which I can’t sell unless he signs the paperwork to probate. He “tells me he will and has sent it to me” but it never shows. He won’t answer emails and the only time I have managed to speak to him is when I caught him off-guard with a phone call to Prague. He now won’t answer when I call. What do I do now? The home is modest (Worth abou 80K).
